Conference/function room(s): Meeting space at the JW Marriott Phuket Resort includes a ground floor ballroom suited for up to 400 guests in banquet seating. The Mai Khao Ballroom can be joined with several adjacent meeting rooms to form various floor space configurations up to 420 guests. A covered poolside area can be set up for dining, for up to 300 guests. A boardroom is suited for up to 10 people.

Facilities: The childrens pavilion has supervisory staff, and offers a full day program with a selection of sports, arts and crafts, and learning activities for children aged 4−11. The activities program, Maze, is arranged for specific age groups. Children aged two to four must be accompanied by an adult when participating in the morning or afternoon sessions. For children aged up to 17 years, an activity program is scheduled daily and the childrens pavilion is open from 8 PM−9.30 PM. For young adults aged 18 years and over, the activity program provides for sports and fitness, cultural classes, and other health activities. The program also provides for family-based activities. Some activities are provided at a surcharge, and meals may be available at a surcharge. A childrens swimming pool connects to the main resort swimming pools and offers water slides.
